• SWA is pleased to invite you to the 51st Singapore Water Industry Nite which will be held on Thursday, 16th May 2024, 6.00 pm at PUB Recreation Club, 48 Woodleigh Park Level 2 The Workshop Singapore 357844. The evening is sponsored by Xylem Water Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd. Programme highlights include a Welcome Address & Updates by SWA, Opening Remarks by Xylem Singapore, followed by presentations from PUB and the Standards Development Organisation. The cocktail reception networking and buffet dinner will allow for greater interaction among members, invited guests and some government agencies. Sino-Singapore Eco-networking: Connecting Singapore to China’s Environmental Opportunities

• Yixing's Environmental Science and Technology Park is home to a vast network of over 3000 environmental enterprises along the industry value chain. At this event, attendees will gain insights into the opportunities for Singaporean companies in China's environmental sector, highlighting avenues for market entry, collaboration, and technological exchange. Participants will leave with valuable connections and a deeper understanding of how to navigate and succeed with Chinese environmental industry stakeholders, setting the stage for future growth and partnerships. This will be followed by a networking lunch at the end.

CFI engagement with the industry

• SWA and CFI plan to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during the Singapore International Water Week (SIWW) in June 2024, as an expression of interest for research collaboration going forward. This engagement event elucidates the intent behind the MOU, that CFI hopes to actively engage and partner with the industry to co-create innovative, sustainable and smart solutions to address societal needs in coastal protection (CP) and flood management (FM) against sea level rise and climate change. It also deepens the foundation of mutual understanding for future research collaboration between CFI and the industry.
